All U.S. orders are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers within the United States to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely. Pretty & Petty ships worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team at support@prettyandpetty.shop with your order number. We’ll happily assist in locating your package or arranging a replacement if necessary.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do! Orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard shipping.
